Why Hope After Hardship?
During a relatively short period of time, I experienced the preterm loss of my baby, was diagnosed with cancer, and walked the challenging path of foster parenting. These varying difficulties taught me three profound truths: First, while every person’s journey is unique, we all face hardship. Second, every hardship creates loss, and all loss brings grief. Third, Jesus draws especially near to us in our difficulties, and grief can become an unexpected teacher in drawing closer to Him.
Whether you’re facing changes in health, relationships, career, or dreams, you’re not walking alone. Hope After Hardship is where we explore finding God’s hope in every season of grief, no matter what hardship you’re walking through.
